How to play

FurryDex

Catches start here

  1. Go to https://furrydex.canfurence.ca
    • BE SAFE! Make sure the URL ends in 'canfurence.ca' and the LOCK icon is present/your connection is SECURE:
  2. Sign in with a Google Account (or sign up with one here!)
  3. Use your camera app on your phone to scan the QR code with the CanFurence logo inside
  4. The URL will automatically catch the fursuiter, adding it to your FurryDex!
Tip Once logged in, pay close attention to the "Hints" listed for the uncaught fursuiters. They can help you identify fursuiters you can add to your collection!

Fursuiters start here

  1. If you would like to join the game as a Fursuiter, you can fill out the form here:

  2. Remember to include a photo of your fursuit!
    • Note that drawn artwork is not allowed, only photos of your fursuit.
  3. Once added to the game, check in at the Registration Desk for your personal FurryDex QR code sticker.
    • Please note that approval and adding your entry to the website may take upwards of an hour. Feel free to check in with the desk for more information.
    • If no one is at the desk, please visit back later! :3
Tip Consider wearing the QR code where it can be easily seen and scanned. We suggest sticking it to the back of your con badge!
FurryDex
  • Catchers who view a fursuiter's FurryDex QR code with their camera app will see a link displayed.
  • Clicking the link will unlock that fursuiter's corresponding entry with information about that suiter, like name and social media links.
  • You can be either a fursuiter or catcher, or BOTH!
  • Catchers are encouraged to work with others to complete the FurryDex, in order to catch them all!
